Updates 9/25/2024​

  • ST-1183 : The Care Subscriber Experience summary tab has been enhanced with the addition of the Action Center. The Action Center provides easy access to common troubleshooting actions taken by the Care user. The Action Center contains the following options:

    • Reboot Router button for subscribers that are in Plume or Intellifi.
    • Speed Test button for subscribers that are in Plume or Intellifi.
    • Reset Wifi Password button for subscribers that are in Plume or Intellifi.

  • ST-2782 : Fixed an issue with unexpected error thrown when loading Port dashboard for SDX uplink ports.

Updates 9/18/2024​

  • MM-11268 : The Operate Port dashboard has been enhanced to show the matrix of Optical Network Units (ONU) states connected to SDX 6000 series of OLT devices. This dashboard has been updated with a new component showing ONU statuses together with their labels as connected to a given PON port. StatApp configuration version 1.0.19 or higher is recommended for this functionality. Contact Adtran for assistance in updating the config version if required.

  • ST-2620 : Fixed an issue in Care where light levels would sometimes not display as intended due to a timeout.

  • ST-2615 : Fixed an issue where Care wasn't showing insights coming from Operate.

  • ST-2518 : Added 'location_label' column to Top Insights data export functionality. This additional column represents the location in device topology of a network element that produced the insight.

  • ST-2507 : Improved scan support for collecting show version data collection on Total Access equipment.

Updates 9/11/2024​

  • MM-5819 : Introducing dashboard support for ONUs connected to SDX 6000 series of OLT hardware. This dashboard is accessible from network tree view hierarchy and shows details of a connected ONU, including key statistics of the fiber connection, BIPs, uptime, administrative and operational status, as well as Insights associated with the selected ONU. StatApp configuration version 1.0.19 or higher is recommended for this functionality. Contact Adtran for assistance in updating the config version if required..

Updates 9/4/2024​

  • ST-2540 : Care now shows when the last known speed test was run in the Latest Speed Test Results card.

  • ST-2449 : Fixed a bug in Care where disconnected mesh nodes were showing up as green in the Subscriber Experience tab.

  • ST-2323 : Updated Operate to ignore Backplane Running Error insight for VDSL2 combo card on standby interface.
