ST-4460 : Added new insight summary charts above the Insights table on the Network Dashboard. These charts provide an overview of the top insights by node and top insights by type for the entire network.
ST-4419 : Updated the link text for the Operate ONU dashboard Adtran Links.
ST-3647 : Updated the ONU Down/Discovering active issue in Care.
ST-3689 : Added ability to duplicate users in Accounts Management. The Duplicate button is now available on the User Details page. This enables the ability to create a new user and copy parameters from the current user. The following fields are excluded from the duplication: ID, Email, Name

ST-4212 : Added the Port State to the Circuit tab in Care. This is the configuration status of the ethernet port of the ONU.

ST-4318 : Fixed an issue where OLT low and high RX power insights were displayed on the ONU dashboard instead of the PON level. Information in the insights is otherwise accurate. New insights will now show at the ONU level. The previous PON level insights will remain in the cleared state for 30 days from the point of the last scan after the 25.22 release.
ST-4137 : Fixed an issue with the Port Dashboard in Operate not displaying properly for an ADSL interface.

ST-3360 : Added a link to the MSI ONU Status page from the Operate ONU Dashboard.

ST-4268 : Updated High BIP insights to only generate when the Rx power light level is not in range.
