Updates 3/31/2026

  • ST-4860 : We are excited to introduce the Clarity Subscriber Health Report, now available in the Reports section of Mosaic One Care. This is the first deliverable under the new Clarity enhancement to Mosaic One. The Subscriber Health Report identifies subscribers experiencing service issues and highlights both the suspected root cause and the predicted impact on subscriber experience. Powered by AI and expert curated insights, it analyzes integrated telemetry from access and in home WiFi networks to proactively surface early signs of service deterioration. By default, all tenants will see a Preview version of Clarity features containing example data. If you would like to explore the full Clarity capabilities in more detail, please contact your Adtran sales representative.

  • ST-6610 : Fixed issue with "Add Node" where erroneous duplicate node response would be reported.

Updates 3/25/2026

  • ST-4029 : Mosaic One now supports configurable user inactivity timeout duration per-tenant. The default timeout configuration is 2 hours and can be extended up to 12 hours. To adjust this setting for your tenant, contact Adtran support.

  • ST-6547 : Fixed an issue in Care causing the Connected Devices deep link to not redirect correctly for Intellifi subscribers.
