ST-5316 : We are excited to introduce the Clarity AI Service Summary in Mosaic One Care Subscriber Details. The AI Summary will revolutionize the Care workflow by identifying service issues using Care's real-time data, then using the power of Clarity to intelligently identify root causes and create an LLM backed narrative experience to assist in remedying subscriber issues. By default, all tenants will see a Preview version of Clarity features containing example data. If you would like to explore the full Clarity capabilities in more detail, please contact your Adtran sales representative.
