Updates 6/26/2025​

  • ST-502 : Added new Access Network Dashboard tab to M1 Operate. This tab provides a unified view of average PON and uplink utilization across all deployed interfaces and nodes. It includes upstream/downstream bandwidth usage by criticality level, with 24-hour averages and historical trends over 7 and 30 days.

  • ST-4365 : Added 'ONU Model Name' column to the ONU and Subscriber Information table in Operate.

  • ST-4642 : Fixed an issue causing the Circuit Info pane and Insights table on Care Dashboard to be empty for some subscribers.

Updates 6/18/2025​

  • ST-4534 : Added a new column to the Home table in Care for showing which mesh node a device is connected to if applicable.

  • ST-2022 : Added list of subscribers on the PON dashboard in Operate when MSI is present. If there is no associated MSI instance, the table will show a list of ONUs.

  • ST-4183 : Fixed an issue that caused some VCL no connection insights to not be detected.

Updates 6/11/2025​

  • ST-4462 : Fixed an issue where the location label for some PON level insights was incorrect.

  • ST-4420 : Resolved an unexpected error within Care for some DSL subscribers.

  • ST-4134 : Added new Operate insight for unsupported 3xx ONUs connected to an SDX OLT.

  • ST-4598 : Added enhanced search capabilities to Care as an early look beta feature. New search is available by selecting the "Try the New Care Search Beta" checkbox on the Care search page. Enhanced search provides real time search results with additional information on the subscriber.

Updates 6/5/2025​

  • ST-3718 : Added new Insight Summary Dashboard tab to Operate. This tab displays summarized graphic and tabular views of the top insights in the network organized by nodes with most insights and most frequent insight types.

  • ST-1576 : Added a new active issue to Care "Controller lost connection to Intellifi Cloud" that will appear when the residential gateway has previously been connected to Intellifi, but has since lost connection.

  • ST-4424 : Fixed an issue in Care where light levels were not reported correctly when they were not available.

  • ST-3874 : Improved M1 Operate navigation to handle incorrect URLs with default fallback to Network View.
